First Filter - self selection
Most of our buyer prospects search online using specific keywords that indicate interest in the service you provide. However, use of specific keywords is a mere indication of need. The next filter is there for a reason.
Second Filter - enquiry form
Every buyer prospect must answer a 12 question form on our website. We gather detailed information about their requirements and ask very specific questions related to the product or service they want to buy.
Third Filter - telephone interview
Every buyer prospect is telephone interviewed. In addition to validating requirements, we reconfirm needs and gather more information for you. Quality control typically eliminates 35% to 50% of all buyer applicants.

Who are we?
G2Guide is part of Indirectchannel; we started providing Internet generated leads to businesses in 1998. We re-branded in 2005 to focus on the B2B market. We match business buyers to leading national and local vendors.
How does the Service work?
Buyers submit quote requests by answering customized questions based on the product or service they wish to purchase. G2Guide's proprietary matching system identifies the vendors that are the best match for the buyer's purchase specifications. We contact the buyer by telephone. If they pass our qualification tests, an e-mail including the buyer's full contact information and their purchasing specifications is sent to matched vendors. Vendors then respond to buyers’ requests directly, either by phone or by e-mail.
How does G2Guide attract business buyers?
We attract buyers through online marketing, partnerships, promotions and sponsorship arrangements with leading online business and trade publications. We also attract the right motivated buyers by providing buyers with custom content that helps them make better informed purchase decisions.
How hot are the leads?
Our vendors are able to connect directly with motivated buyers who are actively looking to buy their products or services. And because you receive verified buyers' details immediately after the verification process, G2Guide's leads are very timely.
How many leads will I receive each month?
When you register for the Lead Referral Service, you select the maximum quantity of leads you want to receive each month. This allows you to easily manage your budget.
When will I be billed?
We will send you an invoice when the amount that is owed exceeds a credit limit that we set for your account. You will also be able to see a statement of all the leads that you received during the billing period.
What is G2Guide's guarantee?
G2Guide follows a rigorous screening process in order to maximize the quality of our leads. We guarantee that each lead you receive from us is:
(a) submitted by a business customer; (b) submitted for the product or service category that you requested; (c) submitted for the service territory you specified; and (d) delivered to you within two business days of the Request for Quote submission.
Are there any account set-up and maintenance fees?
These fees are being waived for all new clients who open their accounts during our promotional period. If you would like to know more about opening an account now, please contact us.
Can I make changes to my profile online?
You can change your profile at anytime by accessing our Online Account tool. The Online Account tool allows you to view your contact and category information, see lead reports, and make changes to your profile.
How many other vendors will receive the lead?
Our research tells us that our buyers want to make informed purchasing decisions. To do this, they would like to receive 3 to 5 quote responses. We base our Requests for Quotes on this information. In this way, buyers are not overwhelmed with phone calls and our vendors do not suffer unfair competition.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
You can terminate your participation in any program at anytime by giving us 30 days notice.
How do I sign up?
